After carefully choosing a local top catering company for our event we recently finalised the menu for the Big Christmas Party.
Mains:
- Turkey roulade wrapped in pancetta, stuffed with sage and onion stuffing, carved at the buffet point, served with roast gravy
- Baked Salmon with Ginger and herbs
- Sun blushed tomato and brie tart, served with cranberry and onion marmalade [vegetarian option]
All of the above main courses are served with roasted potatoes accompanied with your choice of either roasted seasonal vegetables or 3 freshly made salads.
Desserts:
- Chocolate truffle torte
- Mince pies
